Booking conditions

In order to formalize the reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total stay will be requested, excluding the tourist tax (which will be settled at the time of the final payment).
This deposit must be made within 24 hours of the reservation request. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of the reservation, a penalty of 25% of the total amount of the stay will be applied (not including the tourist tax).

• More than 30 days before the date of arrival, the entire amount of the deposit will be refunded.
• Between 30 and 15 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the amount of the deposit will be refunded.
• Between 15 and 8 days before the date of arrival, 20% of the amount of the deposit will be refunded.
• 7 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit will not be refunded.

Places
It is not allowed to stay overnight in the accommodation if people are not listed in the current reservation. If in doubt, contact us.

In the event that people who are not listed in the current reservation come to the venue, prior notice must be given.

Travelers’ logbook
In advance or on the same day of arrival, it will be necessary to have all the IDs of people staying in each apartment.
